A photo taken from the dunes, looking down on the beach. It was late afternoon, early evening so the light was already turning golden. The beach is always beautiful, but after a hot summer day when all the bathers have gone home and you walk a little further than the usual spots on the beach, only then do you discover how beautiful, how peaceful and how magical the beach can be, especially for someone who loves taking photos.
The photo was taken on Terschelling, during one of the holidays in summer. The photo doesn’t show much, but I think it reflects the feeling, the story of the beach as described above.
